A Black Hills basecamp for families

A two-level house in the pines of Lead, in the Northern Black Hills. The main level holds three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open living room, kitchen, and dining area that opens onto the deck. Downstairs, a fourth bedroom, a third bathroom, and a family room give early sleepers a quieter corner.

Check-in from 3 p.m. Checkout by 11 a.m.
Two levels joined by an inside staircase. The fourth bedroom and third bathroom are downstairs.
Park in the driveway; the garage is the owner’s storage. In winter, 4WD or AWD and winter tires are recommended.
Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and a pet fee. Let us know when you book so we can share the pet rules.
Registered guests only. No parties or events, and no smoking or vaping inside. Keep noise down outdoors and at the hot tub at night.
A high chair is provided for little ones.

The home sits in the Northern Black Hills, close to Terry Peak Ski Area, historic Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon with Bridal Veil and Roughlock Falls, the George S. Mickelson Trail, groomed snowmobile trails, and the Sanford Lab Homestake Visitor Center.
