Guest privacy

Updated October 12, 2026

This notice describes the Divergent Estates guest pages and their availability calendar. When you continue to our Hostaway booking website, review the privacy information and terms shown there before entering your details.

Browsing and checking dates

Your browser sends technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, when it requests pages and services. The site’s hosting provider and Hostaway receive the requests sent to their services and may keep service logs.

The embedded Hostaway calendar requests property details and availability from Hostaway when it loads, even if you do not make a reservation. The calendar does not ask you to enter your name, email address, phone number, or payment details.

Photos on some home pages load from Hostaway’s image service, which receives the same kind of technical browser request. Viewing photos does not send your dates or any details you enter.

Continuing to book

Choosing “Review stay” opens the Hostaway booking website with your selected arrival and departure dates and an initial guest count of one in the link. Confirm your party size, full price, and applicable policies there. Contact and payment information you choose to enter on the booking website is handled through that booking service, not through this calendar.

Hostaway’s external checkout runs its own services and policies. It can load payment tools from Stripe and Authorize.Net, Google-hosted fonts, and Sentry error reporting. Those services receive browser requests and may use their own cookies, storage, or telemetry. Review the privacy notices available on the booking website before continuing; this guest notice is not a complete inventory of checkout services.

Each home page links to that home’s own booking page. Review its house rules and cancellation policy there before booking.

Cookies and browser storage

The calendar software can cache language resources in your browser’s local storage and read language-preference and booking-preview cookies. Whether these are used depends on the calendar’s behavior and your browser settings. Hostaway’s booking website may use additional cookies and browser storage.

This is not a promise of a cookie-free or third-party-free experience. You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings; restricting them may affect the calendar or booking service.

Analytics and advertising

The Mesa Grand Retreat page uses Meta Pixel to measure page views, completed valid date selections and clicks to the booking website, and to help connect those actions to our advertising. Meta receives browser and device information, the page URL and advertising identifiers and may use cookies. Our custom events include the property identifier, campaign labels and number of nights; they do not include your exact selected dates, contact details or payment information. These intent events do not mean a reservation was completed.

You can turn off this page’s ad measurement using the control in the Mesa page footer. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals on this page. A browser preference is saved in local storage; the calendar and booking links remain available when measurement is off. Other guest pages have no installed Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel tags from this feature.

When measurement is enabled, campaign labels and a Meta click identifier, if present in the incoming link, can accompany the booking link so Hostaway and Meta may connect the visit to an advertisement. Your selected dates are still sent to Hostaway to show your stay. This control applies to our Mesa page, not the separate Hostaway booking website. Hostaway’s own analytics, advertising and privacy controls remain separate; review its notices before continuing.
