Check-in from 3 p.m. Checkout by 11 a.m.
Two levels, with open-backed stairs down to the lower level, so take care. Cooling comes from window air conditioners.
Downstairs, the toilet has its own small room, while the vanity and curtained shower stall sit in the open lower level.
Pets with approval and a per-pet fee. Disclose them before check-in, keep them off beds and furniture, and crate them if left alone.
Street and driveway parking. Plan on a car, since Webster and the lakes are easiest to reach by vehicle.
No parties or events, and registered guests only. Keep it quiet in the evening and early morning, and no smoking or vaping inside.

Webster sits in the Glacial Lakes region, with Waubay Lake, Bitter Lake, and Waubay National Wildlife Refuge nearby for fishing and birdwatching. New Frontier Steakhouse is on Main Street, Food Decoy is a local pick for drinks, and the Glacial Lakes Fish Cleaning Station is free and open around the clock.
