The Lumber House is a rustic-modern home near downtown Sioux Falls, themed around Elias Thorn, a fictional lumberjack said to have helped shape the early city. A wood plank ceiling tops the living room, with a corduroy sectional, a kitchen with bar seating, one bedroom, and a stacked washer and dryer in a closet. The game room and outdoor areas may be shared with the neighboring home on the same lot.

The game room and outdoor areas may be shared with guests of the neighboring home on the same lot.
Parking includes a garage stall, the driveway, and street parking where permitted.
No parties, events, pets, smoking, or vaping. Please keep noise low in the evening; this is a residential area.
Please turn off the fire pit after use and return the cornhole boards neatly.
Children and infants are welcome. Please supervise children in the outdoor area.
