Two levels. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, and the other two are downstairs.
Park in the two-stall driveway. The garage is off-limits to guests.
No pets, no parties, and no smoking of any kind, indoors or out.
Exterior security cameras are mounted under the front eaves and above the deck.
Only the guest who booked the reservation may check in.
Minimum stay varies by date. The calendar shows what’s available.

A quiet neighborhood with no neighbors behind the backyard. A Fareway grocery store is about three minutes away by car, Air Madness Trampoline Park about eight, the Meadow Barn at Country Orchards about ten, and downtown Sioux Falls about 15.
