This is the upper level of one half of a side-by-side duplex. The other half is a separate home, so some noise may carry. The basement is used for storage and isn’t part of the stay.
Street parking only, free and right in front of the home. There’s no driveway or garage.
No parties or large gatherings, and no food or drinks in carpeted rooms. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Pets are allowed.
A high chair, a Pack ’n Play travel crib, and children’s dinnerware are provided.

A quiet residential neighborhood minutes from downtown Sioux Falls and its restaurants and shops. Falls Park, the Empire Mall, the Great Plains Zoo, and Wild Water West are all nearby.
