All three bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. The only bathroom is on the main floor, off the kitchen.
Park in the driveway, which fits two to four cars, or on the street. The garage and basement are off-limits.
Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
No pets, and no smoking or vaping inside the home.
