A remodeled two-story villa in Veranda Palms, a gated Kissimmee community. Downstairs, the living and dining rooms open to a kitchen with island seating and sliding doors to the pool, and a game room holds a pool table and foosball. Out back, a screened enclosure covers the private pool, the hot tub, loungers, and a covered patio table.

Veranda Palms is gated, with manned security. Its gym and water park are shared with other residents; the pool and hot tub here are private.

Parking on the driveway. Trash goes in sealed bags in the container in front of the garage.
Starter supplies only: one roll of toilet paper and one soap per bathroom, plus a few kitchen and laundry basics.

A gated Kissimmee community with manned security, a fitness center, and a water park. By car, Old Town Kissimmee is about 10 minutes away, outlet shopping about 15, Walt Disney World about 15 to 20, and Universal Studios about 20 to 25.
