A four-level historic home in the Cathedral District, about a ten-minute walk from downtown Sioux Falls. The main floor has the living room, kitchen, dining table, and an office desk, and the lower level holds the gym, sauna, a full bath, and laundry. Three queen bedrooms and a bath with a soaking tub are on the second floor, with the movie room and fourth bedroom in the attic.

Four levels, with every bedroom upstairs on the second floor or in the attic. Expect stairs.
Park in the driveway by the garage or on the street in front of the house, never in front of neighbors’ homes.
Not a party house. Quiet hours start at 11 p.m.
A Pack ’n Play travel crib is on the second floor.
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

Around the Cathedral District.

A quiet historic neighborhood about a ten-minute walk from downtown Sioux Falls and its shops and restaurants. Falls Park, the Washington Pavilion, the Great Plains Zoo and Delbridge Museum, Avera McKennan Hospital, and a Hy-Vee grocery store are a short drive away.
