A single-level Overland Park home about a 15-minute walk from Old Town. Inside are two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a bright living room open to a kitchen with a retro red fridge and open shelving, and a carpeted den with a sectional and a giant TV. Out back, a two-level deck with a dining table and a grill looks over a big yard with a fire pit and a swing set.

Check-in from 3 p.m. Checkout by 11 a.m.
Guest parking is at the back, by the fence and the garage, plus street parking. The detached garage is storage and closed to guests.
Everything is on one level, with a low deck off the back door.
Pets are welcome for an extra fee.
No parties or large gatherings. No smoking or vaping indoors, and no food or drinks in the carpeted rooms.
Exterior cameras watch the front door and the back deck, and a noise monitor is in use. Quiet hours run 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
A Pack ’n Play, a high chair, and children’s dinnerware are provided.

Old Town Overland Park is about a 15-minute walk, and the Overland Park Farmers’ Market about 17. By car, Oak Park Mall is about 12 minutes away, Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead about 15, the Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens about 20, and the Kansas City Zoo about 25.
