The upstairs of one half of a side-by-side duplex, in a quiet Sioux Falls neighborhood, with two queen bedrooms and one bath. The open living room has plenty of seating and a large TV. The kitchen has white cabinets, a wall oven, a dishwasher, and a counter with stools.

This is the upper level of one half of a side-by-side duplex. The other half is a separate home, so some noise may carry. The basement is used for storage and isn’t part of the stay.
Free street parking right in front of the home.
No parties or large gatherings, and no food or drinks in carpeted rooms. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Pets are allowed on request.
A high chair, a Pack ’n Play travel crib, and children’s dinnerware are provided.
Minimum stay varies by date. The calendar shows what’s available.

Around Sioux Falls.

A quiet residential neighborhood. The Empire Mall and the Great Plains Zoo are about ten minutes away by car, and Falls Park, Wild Water West, and downtown Sioux Falls are about fifteen.
